LaLa Speaks Foundation was born from heartbreak, but it is being built for impact.

After founder Jazzie Ford lost her daughter, Jacqueline “LaLa” Rhone, to a ruptured brain aneurysm, one truth became impossible to ignore: too many families are learning about brain aneurysms only after it is too late.

Every 18 minutes, a brain aneurysm ruptures in the United States. Yet many people still do not know the warning signs, the questions to ask, or how quickly one moment can change everything.

That silence is deadly.

Silent Sounds, Loud Impact is our flagship mobile brain health awareness initiative. Through free community education, outreach materials, early intervention awareness, youth pathways, and life-saving conversations, we meet people where they are before crisis strikes.

The Brain Health & Early Intervention Summit helped launch this larger year-round mission, but the work continues across Missouri through schools, libraries, community centers, health and wellness spaces, institutions, and trusted neighborhood settings.
