GiveSTLDay fundraiser for IFM!

As a supporter of IFM Community Medicine, I am asking my friends and family to consider a donation to this amazing organization.  Each year, IFM serves more than 6,000 patients from the greater St. Louis Community in need with quality, accessible, primary health care at no out of pocket expense!  IFM's patients include the un or under-insured, at risk youth, low-income children and families, the unhoused, immigrants, and those in crisis.  IFM partners with many other trusted STL non profits to identify and serve those in most need.  Without IFM, most of our patients would not be able to otherwise access care.
