#GiveSTLDay ACD

As a volunteer for Arch City Defenders (ACD) and community organizer, the work that ACD does is so integral to our community and invaluable for their clients. Every dollar donated helps them continue to provide services to their clients. Just a few of the services and work that your dollar could help contribute to are fighting injustices in our community, keeping our neighbors housed and active in their communities, and challenging systems of power that harm our most vulnerable communities. Directly seeing your impact could be as simple, yet beneficial, as a $25 donation being used for a ride share to get a client to court, $50 for a background check, or even $100 toward school supplies for a client's child(ren).

Garnering your support for #GiveSTLDay helps ACD to continue to gain recognition and build our network of support within the community, so that we can help the community. Any donation, at any time, will be tremendously appreciated - but I encourage you to specifically donate during #powerhour on Thursday, May 8th, from 12-1p CST. Help me reach my personal goal of $500, and ACD also has a match up to $12,200, meaning each dollar will be doubled!
