As The Oxygen Project: Yoga for Youth celebrates 10 years of impact, we invite you to invest in a future where more young people in St. Louis have access to the tools they need to breathe, regulate, and thrive. The Oxygen Project partners with schools and community organizations to provide trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional wellness supports that help youth build self-regulation, confidence, connection, and readiness to learn.
Your gift supports more than a program. It helps create calm, supportive spaces where children and teens can feel safe in their bodies, manage stress in real time, and carry healthy coping tools with them at school, at home, and in their communities. The Oxygen Project delivers flexible, youth-centered programming designed for real classrooms and real lives, while also supporting educators and school communities with wellness sessions and trauma-responsive practices.
Stress, trauma, and chronic adversity often show up through behavior, disengagement, conflict, or withdrawal. The Oxygen Project responds with practical wellness tools that help students pause before reacting, strengthen focus, build body awareness, and develop healthier ways to cope. This Give STL Day, help us celebrate 10 years by making a gift that expands access to healing, resilience, and belonging for St. Louis youth.
The Oxygen Project: Yoga for Youth’s mission is to empower youth to face everyday stress and significant life challenges with resilience and calm through yoga and mindfulness techniques.
