Yoga Buzz is much more than just yoga classes. Every event, every connection, every stretch transpires from the founding desire to make yoga inclusive, accessible and empowering for everyone. After witnessing the benefits for so many people, new and seasoned, we have grown to provide need-based scholarships, yoga training, fundraising partnerships, and collaborations on a national level. We strive to promote positive body image and connectedness within the community. And above all, we believe everyone can benefit from yoga's healing powers.
Yoga Buzz is a 501c(3) non-profit organization committed to sharing yoga as a tool for increasing well-being and resiliency. By supporting programs that are trauma-informed and accessible, we strive to meet the unique needs of diverse populations. We encourage one another to lead from within through yoga teacher trainings, on-going education, and community events.
