Women on Mission St. Louis

A nonprofit organization

100% complete

$1,000 Goal

*We are housewives, moms, friends, sisters, teachers, business women, business owners, investors in the lives of others.
*We are a group of women who focus our efforts on the under served North City neighborhood of College Hill, where we serve as influencers in bringing much needed opportunity to break the cycle of poverty.
*We are a giving circle. One hundred percent of each member's donation goes to our grants. As a women's giving circle, we are different from many other nonprofit groups providing services in St. Louis. We see women as an untapped resource, and know that by combining our money and skills, we can achieve far more than we can individually.
*Women on Mission combines the annual donations from members and gives large grants each June. Grants are made to non-profit organizations dedicated to revitalizing the College Hill community. These grants are resident-approved and voted on by our members.
*We raise separate funds to cover overhead costs. We're committed to being fiscally responsible. Total overhead costs will be no more than ten percent of our annual donations.
