Katie Mauschbaugh's STL Youth Jobs Fundraiser

Today is Give STL Day! I’m a Board member for STL Youth Jobs (STLYJ) which provides job readiness training and paid employment to young people, ages 14 to 24, from under-resourced neighborhoods of St. Louis. 

On May 7, STLYJ is participating in Give STL Day, an initiative powered by the St. Louis Community Foundation, to raise critical financial support for our region’s nonprofits. Year after year, Give STL Day provides a powerful reminder of what we can do when the community comes together to give back and support organizations working to strengthen our region.

STLYJ connects young people to paid opportunities, career exploration, and the skills they need to succeed. Your support helps make those first jobs, mentorship moments, and career pathways possible.
