Women of Virtue Emerging (W.O.V.E.) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in June 2025. The organization is dedicated to empowering and mentoring young women through leadership and life skills development.
W.O.V.E. focuses on supporting participants through its "Four Pillars of Excellence," which include:
Self-Worth: Helping young women recognize their inherent value.
Leadership: Developing the skills necessary to lead with confidence.
Academic Excellence: Supporting educational goals and achievement.
Financial Literacy: Providing the tools for long-term financial independence and success.
The organization operates an intensive 8-week youth empowerment program held twice a year during the Spring and Fall seasons. These sessions provide a safe environment for participants to engage in personal growth activities, including journaling, creative crafts, and mentorship, culminating in a graduation ceremony to celebrate their progress.
