At Partners for Pets, so much of what we do happens behind the scenes—before the adoption photos, before the happy tails, before the “gotcha day” posts. It happens in exam rooms, surgery suites, and recovery kennels.

Right now, we’re in the middle of a long list of medical cases—dentals that relieve chronic pain, heartworm treatments that take months of care and monitoring, and procedures that many of our animals desperately need before they can safely go home.

These aren’t “extras.” They’re essential.
Because when an animal leaves our shelter, we want them leaving healthy, comfortable, and truly ready for their next chapter.

That level of care takes time. It takes expertise. And yes—it takes funding.

Last year, thanks to incredible support, I was able to meet my fundraising goal. This year, I’m back for the Slumber Pawty, spending the night at the shelter again—sharing the animals, their stories, and the real work that goes into getting them ready for adoption.

This time, the focus is simple:
help us tackle the medical needs waiting in line right now.

Every donation goes directly toward:
🐾 Dental procedures that relieve pain and infection
🐾 Heartworm treatments that give dogs a second chance at life
🐾 Surgeries and medical care that make adoption possible
