Outreach Kits meet basic needs with food, water, and hygiene items.

Welcome Kits offer comfort with fresh bedding, a hot meal, and

 toiletries.

Support Kits include laundry supplies, bus passes, and thoughtful

 encouragement.

Launch Kits prepare youth for their first home with gift cards,

 kitchenware, and more.

             Each kit is a powerful reminder: You matter. You’re not alone. A gift

 covering every stage of a young person’s journey helps them move

 from homelessness to hope.
