YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

We wish to mphasize the critical importance of supporting initiatives that address the unique challenges faced by immigrant and refugee youth in our community. As you are aware, these young individuals encounter numerous obstacles both in their academic pursuits and within their familial environments, often resulting in diminished self-esteem and academic performance.

Without early intervention and targeted support, many of these youth are at risk of dropping out of school and turning to substance abuse as a means of coping with their circumstances. It is imperative that we recognize the significance of providing them with a sense of identity and the opportunities necessary to explore their full potential. Vitendo4africa has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering youth through various programs and initiatives.  This comprehensive program encompasses various components such as college readiness initiatives, community service engagements, job readiness training, mental health education classes, and essential life skills lessons.
