The Dancers' Living Wage Fund is an opportunity for The Big Muddy to provide its company dancers with an increased weekly salary while the organization works towards further capacity-building, infrastructure, and sustainability of living wages. This will help improve dancers' financial situations and encourage all dancers to perform without supplemental employment, which will allow the company to increase touring opportunities, collaborations, and continuing education.
