Through Da Hood Connect, she is met by one of our Community Connectors—trained Community Health Workers who understand what it means to navigate systems that weren’t built with us in mind. They don’t just hand over a list of resources. They listen. They follow up. They walk alongside people as they figure things out.

Because access isn’t just about what exists—it’s about what people can actually reach.

Our Connectors provide one-on-one resource navigation support, helping community members find what they need, when they need it, without judgment. Whether it’s connecting someone to healthcare, transportation, childcare, or basic essentials, each interaction is rooted in trust and care.

🔹 $2 Tuesday Sustainer — $8/month
Become a $2 Tuesday Sustainer with just $2 a week. What started small is what sustains us. Your monthly support helps cover ongoing outreach materials, snacks and essential supplies at Da Link Up, and keeps our community programming free and accessible year-round.

🔹 $20 – Connection Builder
Sponsor one community experience.
Your gift helps cover a Lyft ride for a community member through our Emergency Transportation Fund, supports childcare activities during events, or contributes to wellness and school supplies at Arts in Da Park.

🔹 $200 – Community Champion
Support connection at scale.
This level helps fund a vendor or resource partner table, allowing us to continue offering free space for providers at Da Link Up, while also supporting outreach supplies for the month.

🔹 $2,000 – Event Supporter
Help bring the community together.
Your contribution supports a full Da Link Up experience—covering venue costs, food, materials, or helping provide stipends for our Community Connectors who lead outreach and engagement.

🔹 $20,000 – Systems Builder
Invest in sustainable, year-round impact.
This level supports a part-time Community Connector dedicated to resource navigation and follow-up care, strengthens our programming, and helps build the infrastructure needed for long-term growth.
