In the middle of a healthcare crisis, you need solutions quick. Unfortunately, healthcare does not often provide this luxury, with insurance delays, copayments and denials common. The St. Louis Health Equipment Lending Program (STLHELP) is that breath of fresh air in what is a difficult time for healthcare.
Since 2008, STLHELP has been collecting, cleaning, repairing and GIVING AWAY home medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds, Hoyer Lifts and much more!

Helping people of all ages in the St. Louis region since 2008, STLHELP wants everyone to have access to the home medical equipment they need to get better after an illness, surgery or aging.
STLHELP seeks to help build our community, providing options for people to donate used home medical equipment they no longer need and help others, providing healing to our neighbors.
Our pediatric equipment is a real help to families when they too often face insurance delays and denies. STLHELP bypasses red tape and provides quick, personal responses when people need it most.
We are stewards of the environment, diverting more than a 100 tons of home medical equipment from landfills, in 2023 alone, into the hands of local people to help them heal, to be independent and to be part of community.
