Project Compassion has provided outreach to homeless/low-income families since 2005. Project Compassion has served over 100,000 homeless individuals through resources, therapy, workshops/training, and outreach. We've provided over 50,000 personal care, and seasonal items and provided ongoing assistance to low-income shelters/facilities in the community. Project Compassion has been instrumental in being the bridge to services and the needs that low-income/homeless individuals are facing.

Project Compassion has developed a Youth Enrich-ME Program designed for youth in grades 6th-12th grades. This program targets youth that is struggling with social issues(making and maintaining friends), conflict and communication issues, are new to the school they attend, currently living in a single-parent home, living in a foster care setting, and have recently experienced a change in their family dynamics such as; divorce, death of a love one, or separation from a sibling(s). Project Compassion is the host of the Girlz On Purpose Tour.

Project Compassion has a two-fold strategy; initially meeting basic needs; building relationships, and providing training. Project Compassion has developed quality life skills, life enhancement, and workforce development programs to increase the employability of clients served while providing training to successfully transition individuals from homelessness and/or poverty to independence.
