Three Steps Home, formerly known as Bridge of Hope Ministries, is entering a powerful new chapter—and we need your support to bring it to life. With new leadership at the helm and a bold plan to expand services, we're preparing to launch our first-ever short term, post-acute medical care program for people experiencing homelessness.
This innovative model of care will provide 24/7 medical supervision, behavioral health support, nutritious meals, clean clothing, spiritual care, and a safe place to heal. Our new program is designed to close critical gaps in our region’s healthcare system—reducing ER visits and improving outcomes for our most vulnerable neighbors.
