Willows Way empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a life beyond limits through personalized support and community engagement.

Willows Way is a St. Charles based organization offering supports in both St. Charles and St. Louis counties. The agency offers residential living supports ranging from 24 hours a day to as little as 8 hours per month, education/skill training classes, and a community/volunteering day program. The agency was built on the concept of person-centeredness. People continue to seek building supports around themselves, their family members, or friends that afford the opportunity to successfully live in their communities of choice. Willows Way's continued flexibility and focus empowers clients to live their lives with dignity and respect, while working and living in the community as valued and contributing citizens.
