The Leadership School

The Leadership School (TLS) was established in 2019 and started functioning in 2021, offering its services to North St. Louis County families. We invite you to join our cause and contribute towards the betterment of young students by donating to TLS. TLS is a free public charter school in North St. Louis County. We are committed to providing a top-quality education to our students. Your support will help us inspire and enable our students to achieve their full potential as we expand our program to include an additional grade each year. By donating, you'll be aiding in preparing these young minds for a brighter future and positively impacting our community.

TLS exists to grow our students' leadership capacity through earnest engagement in an academically rigorous, culturally relevant, and relationship-oriented environment. Our school couples a sense of belonging with a rigorous academic experience to lay the foundation for authentic student leadership.

At TLS, we aim to provide an education that empowers every student to become a leader. Our academic program is grounded in the latest research-based approaches and personalized learning opportunities designed to bring out the best in each student. With FranklinCovey's Leader in Me curriculum, we are nurturing the next generation of leaders who will set and achieve personal goals and positively impact their communities. Our K-8 program is structured to give students increasing levels of leadership, autonomy, and agency, preparing them to take on greater responsibilities as they progress through the program. With determination and hard work, every student has the potential to become a successful leader.
