$500 Goal

Founded in 1837, St. Joseph Hearing + Speech has been serving the St. Louis community for nearly 190 years. Our team of expert providers help children with hearing loss learn to listen, speak, and read by utilizing specialized Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) strategies. Additionally, providers deliver support and coaching to parents and caregivers, helping them develop the skills they need to be their child's first and best advocate. By combining family coaching and support, access to sound via hearing technology (hearing aids or cochlear implants), and focused LSL intervention with a professional, our services equip children with the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and beyond.

With campuses in St. Louis and Indianapolis and the power to connect to families worldwide through our iHear teletherapy program, St. Joseph serves 475 children and families every year. We strive to be a preeminent resource for children with hearing loss and their families and ensure that a lifetime of conversations is possible for the children we serve.

Mission

We deliver exceptional Listening and Spoken Language solutions for children with hearing loss, reflecting the charism of the Sisters of St Joseph of Carondelet.
