Rung for Women is a nonprofit career accelerator advancing women’s economic mobility in St. Louis. Through coaching, community, and skill building, paired with support in health, wellness, and financial education, we help women move into higher paying, sustainable careers. Our approach focuses on removing the barriers that slow wealth building, including debt, health challenges, and occupational segregation, while strengthening the factors that accelerate it, such as education, income, and financial stability.
