The Light Project was started back in 2015 by Kennedy Graf. She had her own personal struggles with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. A few months later, she lost someone close to her and knew she needed to help. 

The Light Project STL has been a long-time passion project to help others that are struggling. Our main goal is to promote mental health awareness, prevent suicide and ultimately enables others to be the light, for themselves and those around them.
