Life On Belay

Life on Belay exists to promote healthier families and communities where the most vulnerable can find transformational support. We mobilize nonprofits, churches, and leaders with strategy, analysis, program design, training, and coaching services to enable frontline heroes to provide better and more coordinated care. Our team is made up of veteran leaders, strategists, and idea-generators who strengthen and unite local care providers for the purpose of providing transformational services to those who are most in need.  

Communities are transformed when people are in right relationship to each other. The way we accomplish our mission is to make intentional pathways from moments of brokenness or crisis to long term stability within the community. We believe communities begin to thrive when we lean in. We do this in a couple of ways: strengthen non-profits and unite leaders and efforts.

We strengthen nonprofits on the frontlines with world-class consulting and support services helping them to engage moments of crisis as an opportunity to facilitate deep transformation in those they serve as well as the wider community. 

Nonprofits, like people, are never meant to be alone. We work to connect nonprofits into a system of care so the most vulnerable have a clear path to resources and relationships. Many times this takes the form of collective impact projects where we help build coalitions, common strategies, common outcomes, and community wide collectives.
