LifeBridge offers free one-on-one financial coaching with a trained social worker, classes and workshops, and match-savings grants to help low income individuals achieve their financial goals. Many LifeBridge participants begin by taking a 5-week class and working with a financial coach to start a savings account and save $100 of their own money. Once a participant achieves this goal, they are matched with a $300 grant to boost their savings goal. Working on bigger savings goals such as purchasing a home, a car, getting out of debt, or starting a business can result match-savings grants up to $6,000 available. Since 2021, LifeBridge has worked with over 300 participants on financial literacy.
LifeBridge also offer a low cost Market where individuals can purchase fresh items such as meat, milk, and eggs, produce, and personal care products. This both helps participants save money and ensures access to fresh and healthy food options. LifeBridge Market has partnered with over 200 families since 2022.
What sets LifeBridge apart is that we do not simply provide a one-time fix to a problem, but instead build a long-term relationship with our clients to help them achieve their financial goals and transform their lives.
Your support will help LifeBridge continue and expand these programs.
