A Mission For The People
The ROSE Outreach meets the needs of those in the community who are underserved. The families who may not be able to make ends meet but don't qualify for any other assistance. Foster care children, single parent and low income families, survivors of domestic violence, hospice patients and suicide survivors are also served by this outreach. We provide basic necessities from diapers and hygiene items to food. We also provide financial assistance in the form of gift cards to grocery stores/discount stores and direct pay for rent and utilities on a case by case basis.
The Crisis Outreach serves families or individuals in crisis. We provide emergency funding for rent and utilities on a case by case basis. We pay directly to the company that is owed.
The City Outreach serves the homeless and low income individuals/families in North St. Louis City. We provide food, school supplies and other basic necessities as needed.
Mission
To provide basic necessities and financial assistance for those of the underserved in the St. Louis community, including the homeless of North City, low income families, and foster care children.
