Young adults with special needs either live with their parents until their passing or live in a group home with others that may or may not have similiar interests, similiar abilities, similiar activities. If they require government assistance, they can find themselves on a waitlist that last for years. Inclusive Living by Design wants to break this cycle and provide options, choices for these young adults. We want them to feel that they have a choice where they live, who they live with, what they do. We also will promote community involvement, social activites, and finding their purpose in life.
The mission of Inclusive Living by Design is to assist young adults with special needs to achieve greater independence by providing affordable housing options and promoting the public's understanding and acceptance of their rights, needs and abilities.
