The Hispanic Educational Cultural and Scholarship Fund was founded in 1998 and it awards multiple scholarships to Latino college students every year.  Over the life of the fund, many students have been able to complete their degrees thanks to our support. In addition to offering scholarships, we strive to provide educational lectures, seminars, discussion groups, forums, panels and other presentations for the general public on current events, history and culture of the people of Latin America and Spain so as to promote understanding and work to eliminate prejudice and discrimination among the general public concerning Hispanic minorities.
