With shelters and rescues at (and beyond) capacity, kittens and friendly cats are often left waiting—sometimes for days or even weeks—for a safe place to go. During that time, they remain vulnerable outdoors.
At the same time, TNR (trap-neuter-return) trappers are on the front lines, stepping in to help—but too often without the support, supplies, or resources needed to fully care for the cats they encounter.
That’s where Full Circle steps in.
We provide the critical bridge—equipping trappers and caregivers with the tools and support needed to stabilize and care for cats until a foster or licensed rescue placement is secured. From food and litter to medical testing, vaccinations, and intermediate veterinary care, we ensure these cats don’t fall through the cracks.
In 2025 alone, we helped network 411 friendly cats and kittens into licensed rescue - getting them off the streets and on the path to adoption.
But the real solution starts with prevention.
The cycle continues unless we address the root cause: uncontrolled reproduction. That’s why spay and neuter is at the core of everything we do.
In 2025 alone:
• 588 community cats received life-saving TNR services
• 308 females and 280 males were spayed/neutered
• $44,984.10 invested in TNR surgeries
• $21,558.50 spent on additional medical care

Full Circle MO Feral provides hands-on support, resources, and funding to address the community cat crisis.
We go beyond guidance—equipping volunteer TNR (trap-neuter-return) trappers with the supplies and support they need to care for cats in the field. This includes crates, feral cat dens, food, litter, trapping and recovery equipment, medical testing, vaccinations, and intermediate veterinary care.
We also fund spay and neuter (TNR) surgeries, addressing the root cause of overpopulation and reducing the number of kittens born outdoors.
In addition, we actively help network kittens and friendly cats into licensed rescue, helping move them off the streets and into safe, permanent homes.
Because kittens and friendly cats often face days or even weeks waiting for placement, we serve as the critical bridge—ensuring they remain safe, healthy, and adoptable until rescue is secured.
