Full Circle MO Feral addresses a critical gap in the community as shelters and rescues contend with being at capacity. Kittens and friendly cats in need of rescue often face extended wait times, sometimes spanning days or even weeks. TNR trappers frequently encounter challenges due to the lack of support, supplies and knowledge when they encounter these vulnerable animals. By providing trappers with guidance and essential supplies, including food, litter, testing, vaccinations, and intermediate veterinary care, Full Circle enables them to care for the cats until a foster or rescue placement is secured.

2025 has been a big year for Full Circle with weekly TNR surgeries plus a few large TNR events, because the root of the crisis begins with spay and neutering.

TNR surgery expenses for 2025 January-October  $43,2152.90 with a total of 541 cats 287 female & 254 male receiving life saving spay and neuter services, rabies and FVRCP vaccinations.

The more our community can be engaged and assisted to get community cats spayed and neutered the less kittens will be born outdoors to suffer.
