Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois

A nonprofit organization

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois was started in 1980 and has been helping the children in our community ever since. We serve children in St. Clair, Madison, Monroe, and Clinton counties in Illinois. We create and support matches of adult volunteers (Bigs), 18 years or old, with children (Littles) in our community. Our program is structured to give our Littles a supported 1-to-1 relationship that will help change their lives for the better, forever. Our staff is dedicated to making sure our matches are receiving the resources and support they need to be successful!

Our Vision: All youth achieve their full potential.

Mission

Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
