We currently have 10 ( 16 residents) safe and affordable housing units in a small community in rural Warren County, with another 5 units for a total of 10 additional residents. In addition we operate an event center (rentals to the public as well as used by the community of Bethel Hills residents) as well as a community chapel and gymnasium. We currently have employed a part time activities person who offers to our residents and those of the greater community, various activities throughout the week, as well as a larger once a month event.
Our vision is a faith based community where adults with and without developmental disabilities live life to the fullest.
Our impact is offering choice, while providing critical accessible housing in a safe and welcoming community for many persons with developmental disabilities.
Advocates for Community Choice, dba Bethel Hills is a 501-(c)(3) Missouri nonprofit with a mission to provide supportive housing, social and other opportunities for adults with and without intellectual or developmental disabilities that enable them to live, learn and worship together.
