African Vision of Hope

A nonprofit organization

Our programs are focused on vulnerable and orphaned children in Zambia who do not have access to education. One of the best ways to fight the roots of extreme poverty is to educate children. We have more than 6,500 students attending African Vision of Hope Schools every day. To date, 1,958 students have finished 12th grade. Education reduces child marriage, child slavery, infant and maternal deaths, HIV/AIDS, and human trafficking. It impacts a country's ability to have economic gain, trained employees, and future growth. We believe that to sustain an education, we must first provide students with foundational tools, such as nutritious meals, clean water, a safe environment, and educational materials. Every day, over 25,000 children are fed a nutritious meal. 350 children are living in rescue care in a safe home. Your giving transforms lives from sickness to health, broken to whole, despair to hope, powerless to leader, and poverty to possibility.

Mission

African Vision of Hope is a Christian organization committed to bringing immediate and lasting solutions to children and families living in extreme poverty.

We confront the root causes of poverty by providing opportunities to be educated, grow up healthy, develop leadership and economic skills and learn about God's love.
