World Impact St. Louis

Only about 5% of the world's pastoral leaders are trained for ministry. We exist to change this number, starting here in St. Louis! World Impact empowers urban leaders and partners with local churches to reach their cities with the Gospel. We want to see healthy urban churches in every community of poverty.

Here in St. Louis we want to see strong, healthy, urban churches, led by leaders who are equipped to carry out God's call on their lives, and who are working together to impact the poor neighborhoods in our city. We want to encourage and equip leaders in such a way that they ignite movements that transform our local St. Louis community and beyond.

We do this through 5 ministry programs:

Church-based Seminary
The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) equips and resources leaders through affordable and accessible seminary training.

Urban Church Planting
The Evangel School of Urban Church Planting trains, equips, encourages, and enables Christian workers to plant healthy, reproducing churches among the urban poor.

Trauma Healing
Trauma healing equips urban ministry workers and leaders to facilitate and host Scripture-based healing groups for those impacted by trauma.

Prison Ministry
Jail and Prison Ministry works to train local urban churches to disciple those who have been incarcerated and equip incarcerated men and women to carry out God's calling on their life.

Retreats
World Impact believes in resourcing urban leaders through concise, practical, and hands-on training at women's and men's retreats.
