$10,000 Goal

Roughly 20% of Americans—well over 48 million—have some degree of hearing loss. We want to make sure they are getting the help they need and the respect they deserve.

Established in 1975, the TPA Hearing Trust provides financial aid to people with deafness or hearing loss. To date, we’ve helped thousands of people with hearing loss get the help and resources they need, including hearing devices, specialized treatments, speech classes, note-takers, interpreters, and more.

The Trust is supported by gifts and bequests from members, individuals, local posts and divisions, businesses, foundations, and other entities that make charitable contributions, and from the income earned on investments of Trust funds. Awarded grants may go towards mechanical devices, medical or specialized treatment, or specialized education, as well as speech classes, note-takers, interpreters, and so forth.
