The Rock Star Program

A nonprofit organization

The RockSTAR Program was developed to educate, raise awareness, and guide individuals on how to engage in meaningful conversations about suicide prevention. It emphasizes the importance of building personal stability and growth as a foundation for offering hope and support to those facing mental health challenges or experiencing a crisis.

HOPE IS LOUD.

The RockSTAR Program brings people together to talk openly about mental health, build confidence in supporting one another, and make hope a little louder in schools, workplaces, and communities. Every presentation is an interactive speaking experience designed to help people understand mental health, recognize warning signs, and confidently support those around them.

Leading conversations that save lives. Providing tools that last.

Shining a LIGHT on suicide prevention
