The Team Jakey Foundation was founded in 2014 after losing Jake Zeller to suicide.Overview

As a way to honor Jake, the Zeller family came together and hosted the inaugural Gentleman Jake Memorial Cornhole Tournament that brought friends and family together and raised $2,400 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

Team Jakey fights to End the Stigma with community events, local partnerships, and speaking engagements. Since 2014, Team Jakey has raised over $500,000 for suicide prevention, supporting groups like the AFSP and Provident Behavioral Health in St. Louis.
