At Sweet Celebrations, we believe every child deserves to feel special on their birthday. Yet, for children experiencing homelessness in the St. Louis area, birthdays often go unrecognized. We are dedicated to changing that narrative.

We provide personalized birthday and holiday celebrations for children and teens experiencing housing insecurity across the St. Louis region. Each child gets to dream up their own party theme—from Barbie to basketball, Sonic to science—and we bring it to life with custom cakes, decorations, gifts, and goodie bags.

In the past year alone, we’ve celebrated over 275 birthdays—each one a chance to remind a child that their life is worth celebrating.

Because in a world that too often tells them they don’t matter, we deliver one loud, joyful message: You are worthy. You are loved. Your life is worth celebrating.

It takes a village - and our incredible volunteers are the heartbeat of Sweet Celebrations:

• Cricut Crew cuts colorful banners and custom party décor

• Birthday Builders assemble the custom party décor, wrap presents, and fill goodie bags

• Sweet Squad lovingly bakes the dream - bringing each child’s party theme to life in cake form

• Delivery Dashers ensure it all gets to where it needs to be in time for the magic to happen

Together, they transform an ordinary day into a lifelong memory.
