For decades the George Washington Carver House at 3035 Bell Ave. in the Jeff Vander Lou Neighborhood helped develop St. Louis's brightest talent into Union leaders, Educators, Artists, and Entrepreneurs. 

The Sigma Legacy Foundation will continue the Legacy of the Carver House by providing a quality physical spaces designed to support quality programing for a variety of audiences including Students, Community residents, Entrepreneurs, Small Businesses and our Seniors. 

The site location will be a multifaceted hub which will provide community members and neighborhood organizations a safe walkable location with the resources needed to develop community driven leadership.

Mission

The Sigma Legacy Foundation is focused on Youth and Community Development with a specific emphasis on Mentoring, Robotics, Agriculture, Legal Education, Financial literacy, Scholarship, Science, Arts and Math.

We are committed to the Jeff Vander Lou neighborhood in St. Louis and determined to make it a safe and vibrant community. We have been an successful agent for change by both securing and stabilizing the Chambers Park area.

The Foundation values our new neighbors and we look forward to the opportunity to bring innovation to the community.
