$5,000 Goal

You can directly impact the greater good in a unique way by supporting women's health, youth fitness camps, physical fitness, teamwork, diversity, and football knowledge.
These women get to be a part of something bigger than themselves. They enjoy working hard and competing against other women across the country.
These women give back to the community by hosting youth football camps and volunteering their time to other non-profit organizations in the city.
These women realize a dream that may have been unattainable to them after school. They get to play competitive sports as adults - they get to play football.
These women benefit from workout programs that support weight loss and promote muscle growth (i.e., various trainings: cardio, strength training with weights, resistance training, flexibility).
These women learn how to read food labels and identify healthier choices for daily fuel, and they are encouraged to make weekly meal plans and make healthier choices.
These women represent our diverse city: young, not-so-young, Black, White, Asian, Latina, mothers, college students, graduate students, late-shift workers, and even doctors. They unite as a TEAM under a common premise rooted in work ethic, regardless of background.
As 5x National Champions, we do it right here in St. Louis. But we need the help of our community to keep this opportunity going.

Mission

Our mission is to empower the development and well being of women, youth and families within our community, with a particular focus on service, fitness, health & education. We believe engaging in sports helps to build character, teamwork, integrity, dedication, and courage. We seek to inspire women and youth to become better leaders and teammates in their respective communities, families, teams, schools, corporations, and the various teams they will be a part of in life.
