Everyone deserves a safe place to start over, but too many in our community don’t have one.

Right now in St. Charles County, individuals working to rebuild their lives after addiction, incarceration, or homelessness are facing unstable housing, limited job opportunities, and little support. Without intervention, many fall back into cycles of relapse and homelessness.

That’s where Rise Up steps in.

At Rise Up Transitional Resources, we believe in second chances and the power of community support. 

Our mission is simple yet life-changing: Providing individuals the opportunities to rise up and thrive.

We serve individuals transitioning from incarceration, recovery programs, and other challenging life circumstances by offering safe housing, essential resources, and the tools needed to rebuild their lives. Through life skills training, employment support, spiritual growth, and a strong community network, we empower our participants to create a sustainable, purpose-driven future.
