The Puerto Rican Society, Inc. is a volunteer-led nonprofit committed to celebrating Puerto Rican culture, supporting Latino families, and building a stronger community through cultural programming, scholarships, and community events. Founded in 1994, we proudly celebrate over 30 years of heritage, connection, and service.

Our motto, "Somos tu familia extendida" - we are your extended family - reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming, supportive space for Puerto Ricans and allies in the Midwest. 

We're participating in Give STL Day this year to raise $2,000 that will help us build our Annual Picnic. This year, we're turning our picnic into a Puerto Rican-style block party, highlighting local talent from St. Louis and across the Midwest. 

As a volunteer-run organization, every dollar raised goes directly into making this experience possible; covering performers, equipment, permits, and everything it takes to create a space where our culture can be seen, heard, and celebrated.
