Provident Behavioral Health and Mary Ryder Home are building brighter futures together with your support!
Accessible behavioral health services are needed more than ever to support mentally healthy communities in St. Louis. You can help us bring hope to those who are struggling with the emotional trauma of isolation, depression, fear, or loss. Your support today positively impacts the futures of the youth, families, and older adults we serve.
Founded in 1860, Provident continues our founder's mission of helping St. Louis' most underserved by providing exceptional behavioral health services. Together with Mary Ryder Home, founded in 1930 to house vulnerable women, we celebrate 256 years of combined service to our St. Louis community.
Provident serves over 26,000 clients annually through our program areas: Counseling & Access Center; Psychiatric Services; School Based and Community-Based Behavioral Health Programs; Crisis Services 24/7 hotlines; non-therapeutic telephonic support through TeleHope; telephonic caregiver support through TeleHelp; and Mary Ryder Home residential services for women.
In 2025, Provident served more older adults, increased care for youth, expanded our total number of Mental Health providers, and improved the ways in which we support staff.
We appreciate your support as we continue to build brighter futures!
