Planned Parenthood Great Rivers (PPGR, formerly Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri) is the leading provider, educator, and protector of sexual and reproductive health care in the St. Louis region, Missouri Ozarks, and beyond, as it has been for more than 90 years.

With or without insurance, patients can rely on the experts at PPGR for all their sexual and reproductive health care needs, including birth control, vasectomies, tubal ligation, annual wellness exams, breast cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings,  STI (sometimes called STD) testing and treatment, HIV services (HIV testing, PrEP, and PEP), abortion, sexual and reproductive concerns, and more. 

Facing threats to Title X funding and defunding from Missouri’s Medicaid program (MO HealthNet), PPGR will be unable to care for the thousands of patients with low incomes who rely on us for high-quality care — unless you step in.
