$1,000 Goal

On May 27, 2022, our fun-loving four-year-old daughter, Adeline, was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor. Within days, she underwent surgery to remove her left kidney and began chemotherapy and radiation. Our once carefree child faced weekly oncology visits filled with fear, hair loss, hospital stays, and unimaginable challenges.

In December 2022, we celebrated the words “cancer-free.” But just three months later, Adeline relapsed. She endured lung surgery, additional major procedures to preserve her future fertility, more intense chemotherapy, radiation, transfusions, and long inpatient stays.

On December 15, 2023, Adeline rang the bell again and completed treatment. Today, we live scan to scan, carrying both gratitude and lingering fear.

One Ribbon United was born from this journey. We walk alongside families during and after treatment because we understand firsthand how heavy and life-altering this storm can be.

Mission

Our mission at One Ribbon United is to bring peer support, financial, and spiritual relief to families experiencing Childhood Cancer.
