New Me Now is a nonprofit organization based in St. Louis that is committed to helping individuals transform their lives through self-awareness, personal growth, and purposeful living. We believe that true change begins within. When people are empowered to discover who they are, they become better prepared to lead, serve, and thrive in their communities.New Me Now was founded to serve as a safe and supportive space for healing, reflection, and empowerment. The organization offers mentorship programs, wellness workshops, and leadership development opportunities that support the entire person: mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to guide both youth and adults toward deeper self-discovery, confidence, and connection, with a special focus on individuals from under-resourced communities such as North St. Louis.We are actively building a community of confident individuals who understand their value, embrace their identity, and remain committed to creating a brighter future for themselves and those around them.
