Founded in 2005, we have to date built 60 new single family houses in the area we call "Sinai Village". In 2019, we began work on a comprehensive neighborhood planning effort. Our phase III development goal will be to add 40 additional units of housing, We will also develop a community center, small business office space, retail space, grocery store and a community amphitheater. Mission
Mission of the Mt. Sinai Development Corporation is to support the development of housing and related commercial facilities that promote the welfare of the resident in the Winstanley neighborhood, as well as, the City of East St. Louis, Illinois. Our major focus is residents living in the 62201 zip code of the City.
