The Missouri Charter Public School Association (MCPSA) is the only organization dedicated speci cally to the needs of Missouri's charter school sector. Our mission is to improve student achievement by increasing access to high-quality charter public education options throughout Missouri. With nearly 50% of Missouri's public school students below grade level this mission must be accomplished without delay!

Charter public schools are independent public schools open to all students, free of charge. Currently, over 25,000 students attend a Missouri charter public school in St. Louis or Kansas City. 75% of those students qualify for free & reduced lunch. These public schools are serving the most vulnerable children in Missouri in some of the most vulnerable communities. Charter public schools are CHANGING LIVES, CHANGING COMMUNITIES.

The outbreak of COVID-19 brings no exception. At MCPSA we have worked tirelessly with Missouri's charter schools as they ensure their students educational needs continue to be met. We have provided much needed support assisting in ensuring charter school families receive the necessary technology for remote learning, distributing information regarding meal sites; coordinating and communicating important health information, providing hundreds of resources to help with the reopening of schools, and much more!

Recent State of Missouri report cards confirm nearly 400,000 public school students are below grade level in Reading and Math. There is simply no time to spare which is why I hope you will consider supporting MCPSA and Missouri's charter schools. 100% of all donations will be used to support Missouri's charter school students.
