$5,000 Goal

This Giving Tuesday, help us give our shelter dogs the space, comfort, and compassion they deserve.

Metro East Humane Society is transforming our Edwardsville kennels into double-compartment housing. These renovations will provide a more humane, enriching setup that lets dogs rest, play, and make their own choices. They will also aid in reducing stress, improving sanitation, and helping each dog feel more at home while waiting for their forever one.

But that’s not all. We’re also breathing life back into our Meet & Greet Room, the space where families meet their new best friends, fosters say “see you soon,” and volunteers witness the very best moments in animal welfare. With a fresh coat of paint, new cabinetry to include counter space for future party rentals, educational classes, and a welcoming design, this room will finally reflect the joy it not only holds but creates every day at our Edwardsville location.

Thanks to AlphA’s Gym and their RuffHousing fundraiser held in September 2025, we’ve already raised $18,657 toward our $28,075 project goal. This holiday season, we’re calling on our community to help us finish strong.
