The LM39 Foundation, founded by former NFL running back Laurence Maroney, is committed to empowering youth on and off the field. Growing up in a single-parent household, Laurence experienced firsthand how mentorship, encouragement, and access to sports can shape a child’s future. That passion fuels LM39’s mission: to uplift the next generation through athletics, financial literacy, leadership development, and mental wellness.

At LM39, we believe sports build more than athleticism—they build discipline, resilience, and leadership. But we also know that success requires more than talent. That’s why we go beyond the field to offer programs in financial education, entrepreneurship, and career readiness—teaching youth how to build wealth, make informed decisions, and lead with confidence.

From athletic camps and mentorship programs to our Athlete Mental Health Awareness Jamboree and community events like the Toys of Joy Holiday Giveaway, our work is rooted in purpose and impact. We strive to ensure every child feels seen, supported, and equipped for the future.

The LM39 Foundation thrives because of our generous community, sponsors, and volunteers. Your support helps us provide free and low-cost training, scholarships, mentorship, and educational tools to youth across the country. One opportunity can change a life—and with your help, we’re creating champions and future leaders every day.

Join the movement. Together, we’re building legacy, one young life at a time.
