KTK, a vibrant theater group, traces its roots back to the early 1980s when it was founded by passionate alumni from St. John's, a South City high school. While the original members hailed from the mid-1970s student body, our doors are now wide open to all who share our love for the stage.

We typically perform three shows a year: two straight plays and a musical in the spring. In the summer, we offer a theater camp for kids. The youth learn all aspects of theater, from auditions to stage managing and performing, and show off their skills in a final performance.

We believe that theater is more than entertainment; it is a powerful tool for learning and personal growth. Through participation in live productions, individuals—especially children—develop confidence, teamwork, discipline, problem-solving skills, and the ability to express themselves creatively. By harnessing local talent and resources, we bring high-quality performances to the St. Louis area, with a strong focus on reaching underserved communities. Our goal is to make theater an inclusive space where people of all backgrounds can experience its transformative magic.
