HHHM is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that provides services and support for survivors who have been affected by sexual and domestic abuse through traumatic events. We are devoted to making a difference by rebuilding a connection that will impact the community. Our organization serves the St. Louis county and St. Louis city area men, women and children of all genders and sexual orientations.
What we do.
We inspire to create a society that champions empathy, erase stigmas and provides comprehensive resources, confidential hotlines, safe spaces for open dialogue, support groups, trauma- informed counseling with trained counselors and licensed therapist, housing referrals, mental health services, educational community awareness. ensuring survivors receive unwavering care, justice and empowerment through our collective efforts. we strive for a community where every individuals lives free from the specter of abuse, where healing is embraced and where survivors are celebrated for their strength and resilience. Our organization teaches strategies for prevention and survivors support.
HHHM assists financially with therapy and counseling for families with no health insurance to help heal through the trauma and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Many find strength in connecting with other survivors through supportive support groups.
Our organization financially assist with limited temporary housing, transportation, rental assistance and deposit for housing cost and essential needs for families fleeing from the abuse.
HHHM donates beloved bags for change of clothing for victims of sexual and domestic abuse, to SSM Health Care for victims that are seen in the hospital, and their clothing are taken for forensic exam and DNA samples for testing of the abuse.
Your donations
Will go towards Emergency shelter- safe housing for individuals fleeing abuse. Counseling and therapy, trauma informed care, mental health support for survivors. Help with restraining orders, educational workshops, outreach support services and resources.
