Mission

Our Mission. Put more people in cyber and IT careers. We connect upskilled, work-ready job seekers directly with forward-thinking employers who are eager to hire. Backed by a powerful network of educators, workforce organizations, and civic leaders, St. Louis already has the DNA of a world-class tech ecosystem. We are here to make it thrive.

Connect. Learn. Land. Our Programs bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity-putting job seekers face-to-face with cybersecurity and tech professionals who have been where they are and know the way forward. We do not just share skills and connections; we pass the torch to the next generation of talent ready to take on the toughest challenges in tech.

Built to Grow You. We believe curiosity is a superpower. That is why we have built our programs to prioritize exploration, encouragement, and real progress - where every student moves at their own pace, gains genuine confidence, and is guided by mentors who lead with both expertise and heart.
